A note from our Managing Partner, Robleh Kirce

As a survivor of domestic violence, I understand firsthand the devastating impact that it can have on individuals and families. I was raised in a complex environment. As a child, I watched my parents engage our community in exemplary fashion, and in our house I watched my father perpetuate a pattern of verbal and physical abuse. More than once my mother, younger brother, and I fled to domestic violence shelters to escape the violence in our home. Tragically, when I was just 11 years old, my father killed my mother and then killed himself, leaving me and my younger brother to find them and call the police. This event changed my life forever and put me on a path to dedicate myself to both understanding and ameliorating the human experience.

I'm proud to share that NextArrow is committed to annually donating 1-3% of our revenue to support those affected by domestic violence. For NextArrow, this is a first step on a long road toward the impact we’re pursuing outside the workplace. It is my hope that by sharing my story, we can help raise awareness and funds to make a difference in the lives of those impacted by domestic violence.

Thank you for your support, and I invite you to join us in our efforts to help those in need. For the 2024 fiscal year, we will be making our donation to SPARCC, an organization that provided my family temporary refuge during some of our bleakest times.
